Fallen shipping costs?
We ship free of charge to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand. If your country is not included in this list, please contact us, we will assist you with ordering and delivery.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on your country. Please note that our processing time of 1–4 business days is added to the shipping time. Details about the delivery times can be found on our page Shipping & Delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, our team will begin processing, and a cancellation is no longer possible.
What happens if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product or the package. We will review the case and either send you a replacement product or refund you the amount.
How does return & refund work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. For returns due to quality or service issues, we will of course cover the shipping costs. However, in the case of a return without a quality defect, we ask for your understanding that the shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Please contact us by email before returning so that we can process the transaction quickly and smoothly.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products. If a problem occurs, please contact our support so that we can address your concern quickly and easily.

Why do most Montessori toys consist of wood?
Wood is a natural, robust, and safe material. It is durable, free from harmful substances, and provides children with a pleasant tactile experience.
Are all your products made of wood?
Not all. Some toys are made from other safe and tested materials, for example, magnetic building blocks. What is always important to us: safe, sustainable, and child-friendly.
Why are Montessori toys better than ordinary toys?
They promote not only entertainment but also independence, concentration, and motor skills. Children learn important life skills in a playful way.
At what age are Montessori toys suitable?
Most products are designed for children under 5 years old, but many can also be used by older children – for example, our Magnetic Building Blocks or learning towers.
