If your country is not on this list, please contact us and we will assist you with ordering and delivery.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on your country. Please note that our processing time of 1–4 business days is added to the shipping time. You can find details about delivery times on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, our team begins processing, and cancellation is no longer possible.
What happens if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product or package. We will review the case and either send you a replacement product or refund your payment.
How do returns & refunds work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. For returns due to quality or service issues, we will of course cover the shipping costs. However, if the return is not due to a quality defect, please understand that the shipping costs must be borne by the customer in this case. Please contact us by email before returning the item so that we can process the procedure quickly and smoothly.
Is there a warranty?

Are all your products made of wood?
Not all. Some toys are made from other safe and tested materials, such as magnetic building blocks. What is always important to us: safe, sustainable, and child-friendly.
Why are Montessori toys better than ordinary toys?

From what age are Montessori toys suitable?
