Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

 

Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via our website or by email: support@montessorilernwelt.de. We will process your request within 24–48 hours and inform you of the next steps.
Please include the following information in your message:

  • Order number
  • Name of the orderer
  • Reason for return

 

Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

 

Return
The customer is obliged to return the goods after receipt. Please send the goods to the following address:
No. 73, Shang Ban, Yao Shi Village, Lianhua City, Tong’an District, Xiamen, China
Note: We are currently setting up a European warehouse in Germany. Once available, returns from Europe can be sent directly to the German address.

 

Return shipping costs

1. Non-complained products
If you return the goods for subjective reasons (e.g., you do not like the product), please bear the return shipping costs yourself.

2. Defective products
In case of proven quality issues, we cover the return shipping costs. Please report such cases in advance to our customer service at support@montessorilernwelt.de

Note on compensation for loss in value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

 

Packaging 

Please ensure that the goods are packed in a transportable and secure manner to avoid damage during the return shipment.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you act as a business or order within the scope of a commercial or independent professional activity
