Shipping & Delivery

How does delivery work?

We ship on weekdays and offer same-day shipping. Please allow our team 2–5 working days to assemble, process, and carefully package your order.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed according to our shipping process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact us so we can check this with the courier.

Please note: The delivery times do not include the processing time of 2–5 working days.

  • Delivery time: approx. 7–12 working days

2. Europe (excluding Germany)

  • Countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom
  • Delivery time: approx. 7–15 business days

3. North America

  • Countries: Canada, United States
  • Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days

4. Australia & New Zealand

  • Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days

Delivery is free of shipping costs to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand

Note: If your country is not on this list, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you with processing and delivering your order.

Taxes at checkout

All prices displayed at checkout already include the legally applicable taxes.

Incorrect delivery address information

We deliver the products to the delivery address specified at the time of order. Please ensure that the address is entered correctly, including the full postal code according to postal service regulations.

If an order is delayed or lost due to a wrong or incomplete address/postal code, Montessori Learnworld is not liable. The customer may incur additional product and delivery charges. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days before resending the item.
